My approach is simple: change takes time – focus – planning – execution and the magic ingredient of being held accountable. To truly have an impact and make change, you have to be willing to modify your behavior. (The Wellness Inventory will measure where you are most apt to make change) Diets won’t work any more than a new gym membership only used in January. What will work? The challenge is twofold: getting started and staying on target. That is where my area of expertise and passion come into play to assist you in your success!
