Denise combines extraordinary mentoring ability and broad corporate experience with exuberance and passion to help clients clearly define, visualize and maximize their opportunities and potential. Her natural curiosity and creativity help her guide clients in developing strategies that create a more fulfilling and rewarding professional and personal life. Denise sees herself as a strategic partner for clients from a variety of levels, backgrounds and industries and works closely with both companies and individuals. She focuses on the core beliefs, values and energy an individual brings to the process.

Over the past 16 years, Denise has worked as a consultant and mentor coach for both Fortune 500 and small- to medium-sized businesses. She has experience in management, sales, recruiting, staffing, outplacement and training with a variety of high-tech, Internet and telecom companies, including VeriSign, Intel Corporation, Frontier Communications and AT&T.

Denise has a BA in mass communications from the University of Maryland in College Park, Maryland. She is in the process of graduating from Coachville University and has attended various educational seminars and workshops on management and training and development. Denise has numerous certifications and extensive corporate training in management, sales, recruiting, staffing and teambuilding. Her business memberships include the Association of Career Professionals, Association of Psychological Type, International Coaching Federation and the International Association of Coaches.

ON THE PERSONAL SIDE
Denise is a big believer in keeping a positive attitude and outlook! She enjoys a variety of activities from reading about nutrition, psychology and spirituality to jogging and rollerblading. If the word "sun" is included…she will surely be there!
